Tools & Prototypes

In order to meet our customers’ high demands and still be cost efficient, we have our own tool shop in Ulricehamn where we design and manufacture all tools. Tool maintenance is likewise carried out inhouse, locally in our two plants.

We collaborate with companies in Sweden and Bulgaria in order to achieve low tool lifecycle cost.

The tool shop has qualified equipment consisting of top modern AgieCharmilles EDM machines, Hedelius CNC milling machine, among others.

We take full responsibility for design and manufacturing of the tools in order to achieve highest possible quality while mimizing total cost. The process is supported by CAD/CAM softwares and is carried out in collaboration with customers as well as suppliers. 

We use the CAD softwares TopSolid and SolidWorks and we therefore can retrieve drawings in all common file formats.
