Finishing & assembly

We carry out various finishing operations that are not feasible or cannot be justified economically to build into a tool, like various bending and threading operations. These are either carried out automatically, in case of higher volumes, or manually in case of lower volumes. The trend nowadays is towards more complex assignments and customers asking for complete subsystems instead of isolated components. We therefore carry out manual and semi-automated assembly operations that contain complex physical and/or sensor controlled quality assurance devices, so-called poka-yoke.

Man-hour intense operations are carried out at a fraction of the cost in our plant in Bulgaria compared to Western Europe. 

We naturally have tight collaboration with selected local sub-suppliers, like hardening, surface treatment and disc-grinding companies.
