Precomp Solutions' Board of Directors consists of four members elected by the Annual General Meeting, including the Chairman of the Board. Two employee representatives have also been appointed by the local employee organizations.

Elected to the Board 2014. Other assignments: Chairman of the board of Pedab AB, Lideco AB and Kraftpowercon AB.

Martin Larsson Board member
